Completed in December 2002, One Glenlake was the first phase within an 18.5 acre master planned project. The building exterior is a high performance glass curtain wall and consists of fourteen stories. The lobby finishes include Cherry veneer walls, Rojo Alicante marble, and Wi-Fi access. Also featured in the lobby is a multimedia art display created by internationally acclaimed artist Joe Peragine. The building overlooks a scenic lake and an attractively landscaped view of the area.
